Julian is a skilled and dynamic professional with a background in commercial solar project management. With exceptional organizational and communication abilities developed over three years at GSES and later as the General Manager at Mindaro, Julian's strengths have contributed to the successful delivery of 25 MW of projects. Notable achievements include overseeing complex projects such as a 490 kW rooftop system for an industrial bakery, a 315 kW curved rooftop system, a 1.4 MW ground mount system for chicken farms, and a pioneering 290 kW integrated rooftop and ground mount system. Julian's leadership and expertise have made a significant impact in navigating challenges and advancing innovative solutions within the renewable energy sector.

Brandon has a strong background in renewable energy after joining GSES in 2018 as a Project Engineer before moving into an Engineering Manager role when Mindaro was formed. Through being involved in developing the exceptional product that Mindaro provides, he excels at his role of Business Development Manager by having the ability to clearly define the capabilities of the team to new and existing customers. Nathan is a dedicated professional who joined GSES in 2019 and has made substantial contributions to the successful execution of 30MW solar PV and BESS projects. Drawing on his extensive experience from a prominent Australian EPC, Nathan prioritizes precision, efficiency, and speed in engineering. His achievements include overseeing a notable 7 MW multi-site PV rollout with roles in principal engineering and client liaison, leading a 10 MW multi-site PV rollout with comprehensive designs and fault studies, achieving a pioneering 1.2 MW rooftop installation, excelling in a groundbreaking 2.1 MW rooftop project, and meticulously designing a 1 MW ground-mount PV rollout. Nathan's expertise and commitment position him as an invaluable asset in the solar energy and engineering field.

Malik is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with three years of project experience in the renewable energy sector. As a Project Engineer at a leady Australian EPC, he has delivered over $12 million in energy efficiency projects and cultivated enduring relationships with Tier 1 builders, resulting in a $14 million project pipeline. With a strong educational background, including a Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics Engineering, Malik possesses expertise in Solar Electrical Design, Control System Design, and Fault Detection. His exceptional technical skills are complemented by qualities like teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and adaptability, making him a top-tier professional ready to drive innovation in electrical engineering and renewable energy solutions.

Matt is a sophisticated engineer who joined Mindaro in January 2024 after three years of experience in the commercial PV industry. His background in managing PV systems ranging from 100 kW through to 1 MW has made him a powerhouse in producing compliant and constructable engineering designs. His strong project management skills are evident in his communication and collaboration with clients to work through solutions before, during and after PV installations.
